Well this is the 1st submission I have done in awhile, cause lets face it, my art just stinks, but I have always enjoyed both arts & crafts as well as baking so I decided to try my hand at plushie making. This is the 1st plushie I have actuallly completed that I was proud of, I was bored sitting home one Saturday afternoon bout a month back, my hubby was at work, and my puppy was snoring & ignoring me, so I got out my craft supplies, & my art books, and set to work. The body was not too difficult, I have handsewn pillows in the past, and other deviants here that I have saved in my favs have excellent tips on some of the sitches, and hair tips & stuff. I was really nervous about the clothing, I have never made an outfit before, much less a doll outfit, lol, and I was handsewing everything as well, so I basically just made my lil patterns and sewed them together, & added the accessories, & I made the boots by using white pleather colored black wth a sharpie, & voila, black leather look. The wings were a design from one of my fantasy artbooks of a chibi shadow demon. I also used the body design as well, I just drew what I saw, then copied it onto felt, cut out, and sewed everything together. The head wanted to flop a lil at 1st, so I added a few extra stitches & hid them by making my lil kitty boy a collar. And yes folks, Shadow is a boy. He is a crossdresser. I even kinda came up with a lil personality for him as I was sewing him. He is 16 years old, his mother was a shadow demoness marrried to his father Sexy Sammy, a Neko guy, who is manager of his own nightclub. ("The Nee-Nee KittyNip Nightclub.") His mother Demonia was killed by demon hunters when Shadow was only 10, & his father out of grief became Bisexual, and opened his own Bi-nightclub, where he gave Shadow a job as a bartender when he turned 15. Let's just say he is very popular with the other kittyboy dancers, and the kittygirls like to flirt as well, so Shadow is still a lil unsure of how his life is going to turn out yet. Oh & by the way writing is one of my side hobbies, & this is sorta a basis I am making for Shadow's story which is in the works, but I am still working out all the kinks on the story.
